Hey, thanks for having me here! Diving in the deep end I have to say, I’m in awe of producers today. These people are geniuses, and I’m the luckiest guy in the world to have this talent collaborating in this project. I’ve picked up some tips and tricks here and there, understanding just how important the different types of compression are and how drastically you can change a sound with the basic fundamentals (EQ/Compression/verbs delays etc) but there’s no way I could pretend to do any justice to the libraries of tools and knowledge that sits in these guys brains. The best thing I’d share would be simple, get on YouTube, and absorb like a sponge! This world is one where there is no right or wrong way to do anything (within reason) so you have to carve your path, and most importantly, have a deep passion for it. You’ll only get anywhere in the production world if you really love it!
